Russia overwhelm Turkey in a high-flying clash

Cairo, Egypt August 19, 2017 - Russia continued their higher approach over others as they took on Turkey 4-0 (18-16, 15-13, 15-6, 15-13) in Pool B of the 2017 FIVB Volleyball Men's U23 World Championship at Cairo Stadium Complex in Cairo, Egypt on Saturday. 


The Russian team was higher in all actions at the net using their tall middle blocker Aleksei Kononov and Denis Chereiskii who made a big cloud in front of Turkish attacker.

Russia improved the 2-0 in win- loss ratio, while Turkey dropped to 0-2.
