Poland come with goods against struggling Cuba

 

Poland dominated the net with their tight block

  Cairo, Egypt, August 18, 2017- Poland overwhelmed the net action to overcome the struggling Cuba 4-1 (15-12, 12-15, 16-14, 15-10, 17-15) in an exciting face off in Pool A of 2017 Men's U23 World Championship here at Cairo Stadium Complex on Friday. 

 After Poland aggressively won the first set 15-12, Cuba came back strongly with their unstoppable hits in the second set to win in the same score and bring the match back to draw. 


 Poland regained their rhythm in the third set to finish narrowly 16-14 ahead and continued the same passion in the fourth set before the grueling fifth set that showed the strongest battle 17-15 as Poland concluded the match 4-1.
