Brazil coach excited to play in front of full house in Cairo

  Cairo, Egypt, August 17, 2017- Wherever Brazil is playing they are always under pressure of being heavy favourites at any World Level competition, however Men's U23 Brazil coach Giovane Gavio is feeling enthusiastic to conduct his team in the huge 30.000 seat hall at Cairo Stadium Complex when the 2017 Men's U23 World championship gets underway on Friday. 

"I'm very excited to face Egypt against a full house of fans, this is the greatest moments of volleyball and this is why the sport is the most fantastic game in the world," Said Giovane

"We are pleased to be here and we have got a lot of pressure on us as we are the winners of the first edition and we need to repeat it. It's my first World Championship with the team and I think we have a good opportunity to learn and change, we will try our best and I wish all the teams the best as well". 

 Brazil were drawn in Pool A along with hosts Egypt, Cuba, Mexico, Poland and Japan. They start their campaign facing Mexico on Friday. They are considered one of the biggest favourites to win the title.  

Giovane is one of the most iconic Brazilian players before he turned now to another mission.  He's one of the most successful Brazilian volleyball and recently was nominated to drive a new generation of players towards to a glorious future and to keep Brazil among the volleyball finest.
